Dee Cook, Sr. Loan Officer
A 1978 graduate of Upper St. Clair High School with an Associates degree
from CCAC in Business Administration. Dee moved to Nashville, TN where
she acquired experience in property management. She received extensive
training in the field and was recognized as one of the top leasing
agents within her employer. She was then hired as the Director of a
Nashville relocation company where she coordinated customer service,
marketing strategies and oversaw general daily procedures for the
business. She received her Affiliate Brokers License in the State of
Tennessee.
 Dee devoted her time to raising her four children. After returning to
the workplace, Dee entered into the related field of mortgage
origination. Dee enjoys all the challenges that are associated with
fulfilling borrowers needs and helping them to realize their dream of
home ownership. She takes great pride in her service and finds it
gratifying when past customers refer her additional clients. Regardless
of the situation she will use her experience to exhaust all sources to
gain an approval for the client and meet their needs.
Sean Kemmerer , Loan Officer
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Sean understands the value of family and community. The son of a steel worker, Sean learned early in life that working hard and doing things the right way earned not only success, but respect. That upbringing has allowed Sean to morph into one of the most sought after loan specialists in the country. The majority of his business is from past client referrals, because of the high level of service that he offers.
 A graduate of Duquesne University with BA's in Communications and Psychology, Sean focuses on listening intently to his client's individual needs, and offers innovative solutions tailored to their specific situation. No two clients are the same. Starting out working for the largest "non-conforming" lenders in the country, Sean learned how to dig deep, and work even harder for those clients with unique financial difficulties. Not every client wants or needs a 30 year fixed mortgage--But if they do, Sean will make sure they get the best 30-year fixed rate possible!
In his spare time, Sean enjoys singing, playing guitar, poker, golf, baseball and is active in several community groups.
Sean has added conforming business, jumbo residential business and large commercial financing to his portfolio of knowledge over the past few years and welcomes the opportunity to work with you on your next mortgage transaction, now and into the future.

Todd began his financial career in 1986 with a local finance company as
an Assistant Manager. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Branch
Manager and remained in that capacity until moving to a competitor in
the same capacity. During that 11 year span , Todd enjoyed great
successes and was annually recognized for his sales and customer service
accomplishments. Following his training and understanding of the finance
company environment, Todd was provided an opportunity to open a newer
mortgage company's branch office locally in Bethel Park, whereby he
could specialize only in the mortgage process. After 4 years of
accomplishments and mentoring of many loan officers, Todd gained the
confidence and ability to forge his own company called Equity Edge
Funding. The results have been admirable and Equity Edge Funding has
emerged as a leader in the mortgage industry priding itself on hard work
ethic, honesty, community involvement and above reproach customer
service.
